NBCCC begins its educational program at six weeks old through touching, exploring, encouraging developmentally appropriate physical development to the toddler years with learning body parts, colors, easy song, counting, how to eat by themselves, etc.

Children are not only taught letter and number recognition, but comprehension. We make learning fun through board games, puppet skits; finger plays, learning songs, etc. Basic manners are taught through example by the staff; saying please, thank you and excuse me. Teachers are addressed as Miss Smith, Mr., Ms., or Mrs. these are the beginning stages of learning respect for your elders.

The day is filled with several learning experiences and opportunities to grow at their own level of development through a wide variety of activities such as:

*Making God, His Word, and His Son a part of every daily experience.

*Training through Bible stories and Christian curriculum.

*Outdoor activities and indoor activity during inclement weather.

*Creative expression in art, music, and movement.

*Intellectual stimulation and growth.

*Academic readiness in reading, writing, and arithmetic.

*Experiences, which he/she can progress at his/her own pace.

*Social interaction.

*Large and small muscle development.
